Move 2 – Medicine Ball T-Plank Single Left Leg

Move 4 – Medicine Ball T-Plank Single Left Arm
Move 5 – Medicine Ball T-Plank Single Right Arm

 

 

Move 6 – Medicine Ball Stability Plank

 

 

Move 7 – Medicine Ball Stability Plank Left Leg
Move 8 – Medicine Ball Stability Plank Right Leg

 

 

Move 9 – Medicine Ball Side Plank Left

Hold each move for 30 seconds
