I started at KX Pilates Bondi Junction almost a year ago and I’d have to say its the best fitness decision I’ve ever made! I have never had such amazing gains in whole body strength & toning. KX Pilates is based on the ‘Isolate-Stretch-Fatigue’ principle and uses reformer machines. It burns a huge amount of calories whilst strengthening, stretching and toning muscles.
