Are Juices the Way To Go?

With the news out that only seven percent of Australians are meeting the recommended serves of 5 vegetables per day and only half of us are getting enough fruit, yout may have wondered if you should add a juice to try and increase your fresh food quota. Green Goddess Juice

Ingredients:
2 large kale leaves
1 large handful baby spinach
2 stalks celery
1 cucumber
1/2 cup pineapple
1 green apple
1 sprig fresh mint
1/2 lemon

Method: Wash all ingredients and juice in a cold pressed juicer. Enjoy.
