- 2 ripe frozen banana (ripe = black spots)
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- Small handful fresh mint leaves
- Peel & slice bananas and place into a plastic container in the freezer overnight.
- Once frozen, remove bananas from freezer & place into a blender with mint & cacao powder. Blend until an ice-cream consistency forms.
- Scoop out of blender & place into bowls. Top with you favourite toppings like blueberries, nuts & coconut.
