Serves 2


  • 2 ripe frozen banana (ripe = black spots)
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • Small handful fresh mint leaves


  • Peel & slice bananas and place into a plastic container in the freezer overnight.
  • Once frozen, remove bananas from freezer & place into a blender with mint & cacao powder. Blend until an ice-cream consistency forms.
  • Scoop out of blender & place into bowls. Top with you favourite toppings like blueberries, nuts & coconut.
  • Enjoy.
