    I can’t speak highly enough of this book. I’ve been very time poor of late and definitely not getting the right nourishment and nutrients I need to stay healthy and energetic, so to be able to put all the good stuff in a blender and whiz it up in no time has been an absolute game changer.
    I felt so much better on the inside and energised within a day. I’ve yet to get through the whole book but the smoothies get better and better with every new one I make.

    Love this smoothie range! Lots of options and tastes to try. I love the subtle incorporation of veggies like avocado and spinach that fill out the smoothies but still taste great. Also toddler approved my 2 year old is always getting sips of these.

    I love smoothies and always like to use them to up my veggie count but I could never find a recipe that actually tastes good. I bought this book and haven’t looked back. These smoothies are delicious. Easily accessible ingredients, great fruit to veg ratio and they are actually yummy. My hubby is not keen on smoothies but even he loves the kiwi blast it tastes just like a splice ice cream. Cinnamon scroll is one of my personal favourites. Can’t Redmond this book enough.
