Deliciously sweet & creamy, banana nicecream is your healthy alternative to commercial ice-cream. With no added sugar or cream & instead packed full of natural vitamins, minerals & fibre, my easy banana nicecream is nutritionally superior to regular ice-cream, plus it’s completely dairy-free & vegan.

Easy Banana Nicecream
Ingredients:
- Ripe bananas (black spots) – use as many as you like
Method:
- Peel & slice bananas and place into a plastic container in the freezer overnight.
- Once frozen, remove bananas from freezer.
- Place bananas into a blender & blend until forms ice-cream consistency.
- Scoop out and enjoy!
*Note – if your blender isn’t powerful enough to blend the frozen bananas as soon as you take them out of the freezer, let them sit at room temp for 2-3minutes and then blend.
My favourite nicecream flavours:
You can make any flavoured nicecream that you like by simply blending other ingredients into the frozen banana. Some of my favourite flavours include:
- Vanilla – add a dash of vanilla extract
- Cinnamon – add a sprinkle of cinnamon
- Mango – add a peeled, frozen mango
- Berry – add some favourite berries that have been washed & frozen
- Peanut butter – add a tablespoon of homemade peanut butter or any other nut butter you like
- Peppermint – add a dash of peppermint extract
- Chocolate – add a tablespoon of cacao
- Passionfruit – add the pulp of 2 passionfruits
- Coconut – add a few tablespoons of shredded coconut
Oh wow, yeah this was delicious. Going to be making it all the time now. Thanks for sharing. Best dietitian
Yay thank you so much Christie 🙂
Definitely believe that which you said. Your favorite reason seemed to be on the
web the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people think about worries that they
plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the
top and also defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people could
take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
I read this paragraph fully about the difference of most up-to-date and
preceding technologies, it’s awesome article.
