RECIPE (serves 1)
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe frozen banana*
- 1 cup soy milk (or other milk of choice)
- 1 tbs cacao powder
Method:
- Place ingredients into a high speed blender & blend until smooth. Enjoy.
*The banana needs to be nice & ripe (i.e. black spots). To pre-freeze your banana, simply peel & slice it and place into a plastic container in the freezer overnight.
