Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 tbs of honey/agave syrup (more if you want them slightly sweeter)
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 3 squares dark chocolate, crushed (I used vegan chocolate)

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients, except chocolate, into a blender & blend until cookie dough texture forms.
  2. Scoop out mixture into a bowl & stir through crushed chocolate.
  3. Roll into balls.
  4. Enjoy.
