Recipe: Home-made Tropical Mango & Coconut & Vanilla Muesli


Ingredients: 

  • 4 cups plain rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup dried mango slices, chopped up
  • 1 cup dried apple rings, chopped up
  • 1/4 cup pecans, roughly broken
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly broken
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 4tbs organic vanilla bean powder
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup caramelised buckinis

Method:

  1. In a large container, combine all ingredients and mix.
  2. Enjoy.
