This is the easiest tastiest banana bread i have made. I used chia seeds instead of hemp seeds (only cause that’s what I had). so quick so easy and so light.
Hi there, is olive oil healthier to use instead of butter in your banana bread recipe? Also, can I add flax meal?
Yes extra virgin olive oil is a healthier choice 🙂
And yes flaxseed meal is a great addition!
Thanks for this. It looks great and will definitely try baking it soon.
Thanks Janelle! Hope you love it 🙂
I agree it’s the fluffiest and still the moistest recipe I have come across. Thank you for your recipe!
Thank you so much!
What can use instead of eggs?
Thank you
Your posts are really good! Hope you have a safe delivery 😊
Hi Archana, you could use a “chia” egg stead. This can be made by mixing 1 tbs of chia seeds with 3 tbs of water and letting soak for 5 minutes 🙂
Hi, i have been wanting to make this cake for a long time. And so glad u did. Wow!
Just wondering if you have serving sizes and calories for your recipes?
This sounds delicious! Is there a substitution for hemp seed?
Thanks Laura 🙂 Yes you can use chia or linseed instead. Alternatively, you an also leave the seeds out. Enjoy
