Do you crave sugar? These Bliss Balls are the perfect snack to kick those cravings right in the butt! Make them up in a batch and freeze them or keep them in an airtight container in the fridge so you always have them on hand!
Recipe: Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup walnuts or almonds
- 1 cup deseeded medjool dates, chopped
- 1tbsΒ water
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Method:
- Place all ingredients into blender & blend until combined.
- Roll into balls with hands.
- Enjoy!
Hint: Craving chocolate too? Add a tablespoon of Cacao powder to the mixture to make them deliciously chocolate flavoured.
