Do you crave sugar? These Bliss Balls are the perfect snack to kick those cravings right in the butt! Make them up in a batch and freeze them or keep them in an airtight container in the fridge so you always have them on hand!


Recipe: Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup walnuts or almonds
  • 1 cup deseeded medjool dates, chopped
  • 1tbs water
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into blender & blend until combined.
  2. Roll into balls with hands.
  3. Enjoy!

Hint: Craving chocolate too? Add a tablespoon of Cacao powder to the mixture to make them deliciously chocolate flavoured.
