Tropical Mango Cocktails & Mocktails

Tropical Mango & Pineapple Cooler
Makes 1 cocktail/mocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe mango
• 1/4 cup pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• Handful of ice
• 60ml vodka (for cocktail version)

Method: 

1. Peel mango and remove flesh from seed. Place into blender with remaining ingredients & blend until fully combined. Pour into glass & enjoy.

Mango Majito
Makes 1 cocktail/mocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe mango
• 1/2 fresh lime, juice
• 60ml rum (for cocktail version)
• 1 tsp sugar
• Handful of mint leaves
• Handful of ice

Method:

1. In a cocktail glass, add mint, rum, sugar and lime juice.
2. Muddle together until sugar begins to resolve. Top with ice.
3. Peel mango and remove flesh from seed. Puree in blender and add into cocktail glass.
4. Stir to combine.
