    Cannot express how much I enjoy This recipe book. All the recipes are so delicious and nutritious and it makes me so content knowing they have been beautifully created by a registered dietician so I know I am fuelling myself and my family with nourishing, well balanced meals; the supercharged green curry is a new favourite in our household!
    I also enjoy the fact that In so many of the dishes you can easily swap ingredients to those you like and what you simply have on hand so there’s no waste! Plus the food prepping is a bonus and game changer for saving time midweek.

Over the past year we’ve slowly cut down on our meat intake largely to force us to eat more veggies – & Bec’s ebook has made it so easy & delicious to stay on track & live a plant filled lifestyle. Even our toddler is slowly getting on board! #winning The recipes are so quick & easy to make & it’s super simple to swap ingredients if needed. Tonight I made the Supercharged Green Curry – but I had no pumpkin! So I added extra carrots, plus mushrooms & baby spinach & slivered almonds. Yum! (Oh, & the Island Veggie Pizza is next level!!)

    Rebecca’s ebook is absolutely divine! All of the recipes are so well balanced and quick, easy and nourishing! Rebecca has really taken the thought process out for you when you are planning your weekly grocery shop! I love it! I use it at least once a week every week (but let’s be real – usually more).

    The recipes are also really easy to adapt to your likings – I make the “easy peasy pancakes” on a Sunday and add blueberries for an extra yummy boost!

    Highly recommend!

    I do not have enough positive things to say about this ebook! I am absolutely in love with all of the simple, convenient, and oh so delicious plant-based recipes! I am in South Africa for a while visiting my parents & they love the recipes so much I am going to buy them a book as a going-away present so that they can carry on making these yummy meals! Rebecca did such an excellent job thinking about absolutely everything – there is even a conversion chart AND meal planner template.

    Rebecca is a superstar and so is her book. She makes healthy eating exciting and her recipes are not long and intimidating like some books. I love the variety of her smoothies and her breakfasts. Each one feels like a complete meal that nourishes you until your next. I recently tried the Loco Coco Lime Energy balls expecting them to taste “healthy” (in the boring way) like the typical energy ball/bar, but they actually were super delicious! Almost like a ball of healthy cookie dough. I’m still working through the book’s recipes and am excited to try them all!

    This ebook has absolutely made my life so much easier and my energy levels more sustained from all those veggies😍! I do most of the food shopping/ cooking which I love but now Bec has taken the stress away from prepping, writing shopping lists which has helped to reduce food wastage (because the recipes are that Delish plus you only buy what you need for the recipes).. The hubby’s new fav is the “Next Level Nachos” (he’s even eating the arvo and coriander on top 😆 winning) I love the smoothies, brekkie on the go slice, no pasta lasagne and the chickpea curry ❤️❤️❤️
